Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

1. Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
2. Limited Usage: Refunds are only considered if you have accessed less than 20% of the program content.
3. Commitment to Results: If you have engaged with the program for at least 14 days, followed the workouts, and feel it’s not the right fit, you may request a refund. A request must include:
   • A completed refund form
   • Proof of effort (e.g., logged workouts, progress notes)

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds will not be granted after 7 days or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Due to the digital nature of the program, refunds are not given for change of mind or failure to use the program.
• Unauthorized sharing or account misuse will void eligibility for a refund.
